Eligibility for Exchange
We accept exchange requests under the following conditions:
The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition.
The request must be made within 3 days of receiving the order.
The product must be returned with original packaging and invoice.
Customized, resized, or made-to-order gemstones are not eligible for exchange unless received damaged or incorrect.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
Customized or personalized gemstones
Items damaged due to misuse
Products altered after delivery
Refund Policy
Refunds are only applicable in the following cases:
Wrong product delivered
Product received damaged (must be reported within 48 hours with clear photos)
Item is out of stock after order confirmation
If approved, refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days after inspection of the returned item.
Exchange Process
To request an exchange:
Contact us through our website within the allowed time period.
Provide your order number and reason for exchange.
Ship the item back as instructed by our team.
Customers may be responsible for return shipping charges unless the error is from our side.
Important Note on Natural Gemstones
As gemstones are natural products, slight variations in color, clarity, and appearance are normal and do not qualify as defects.
